On the side of the nature
There is an alternative to consuming meat and fish. It is called conscientious cuisine. The world is in dire straits; it is useless to try to hide it. And the motto 'consume better, consume less' needs to be adopted more broadly. Starting at the table. And so, no more fish, no more meat, but instead a triumph of colours and flavours, inventive cuisine that brings joy to body and mind and protects Mother Earth and our animal friends. At Les Stües, in a quiet historical setting, we serve only the freshest produce, the vegetables are from the garden and the grains shine like snow in the sun, all in the name of genuineness and full flavour. You will find vegetarian and cheese buffets, a few a la carte dishes, desserts and other delights for the fixed price of 40 euros. And, as Albert Einstein said, 'Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet'.
