La Stüa de Michil

If I were good at narrating I would tell you about it. If I had more fantasy I would draw it for you. But I don’t.t know how to do either. I was born to cook, to create emotion through the culinary experience.
 
 
If I were to eat in the ‘Stüa’ which able would I choose?’ X2, the table for the reflective type
I would like to present myself to you in the setting of the warm and cosy stube, sometimes the tables seem a little small or even uncomfortable but let’s pass between them to discover ‘ Stüa’, and for you to take in the atmosphere created by the old wood and the elegant chandaliers. I am not one who loves candles and I am also shy and prefer to keep myself apart and stay happily in the kitchen with my thoughts and indulge in my passion. It is principally through, our maître di sala, who we affectionately call “baffetto”, that I take in your sensations and so doing seek to improve. We enthusiastically protect our Michelin star rating and other awards which come along every year from prestigious international guides. But this said we are far from perfect. I like to make use of local produce, those of fair trade origin, bio, and above all else produce in season. If you too would like to spend some hours in the Stüa de Michil you will realise that the atmosphere is elegant and refined but also friendly and authentic.
