Bistrot La Perla

Mediterranean and local cuisine
Marco’s eye for detail has ensured hospitality, fragrances, tradition and DOC Italian flavours (certified quality) are always abundant on the thirteen bistro tables. Sausages and cold meats from Abruzzo, fresh burrata cheese from Naples, local deer filet and homemade bread dumpling (canederlo) are served. I have tried to find the perfect balance between local and Mediterranean cuisine. This combination satisfies our guests and ensures local products are given their due space on the table, laying out a unique yet quite different array of products.
