Bistrot La Perla

Italian cuisine
Protecting the Italian heritage is our duty: be it the Norcia sausage sandwich, the Gianni D’Amato spaghetti. or the breaded cutlet from our good Tuscan friends in Florence. Our effort is but a small step towards the ‘Weltethik’ for a growing awareness of the beauty that lies in Italy.
At the 13 tables of the Italian Bistro you’ll find kindness, scents and tastes made in Italy. Vegetable garden salad, cured meat from Abruzzo, pumpkins from Romagna, burrata napoletana (a fresh cheese) and peeled Pachino tomatoes and Nasone tomatoes; we are always on the lookout for the best seasonal produce and, if you happen to produce these and we still don’t know you, we can guarantee this: we will always lend an ear to what you’ve got to say!
