Oysters on high

Oysters served at 2,000 metres above sea level! Yes, it does seem something of a weird initiative, doesn’t it?
‘Col Alt’ restaurant never ceases to amaze
Fear not, for at the restaurant Col Alt above Corvara this indulgence is possible thanks to the enterprise of Karin and Fabio, patrons of this most fascinating of places, and who look to please guests with abundant good taste and a little sense of adventure. The oysters are special but all is special here, right through from the choice of produce to the great service. It really is a “refuge” where one can celebrate and rejoice - a 360° panorama of the most beautiful mountains in the world and a restaurant to die for!
