Les Stües
 It feels just like home, doesn’t it? In the summer of 2015, we tried to make it into a ‘real’ restaurant, with its own logo and days off. Oh dear! That was a big big mistake. We realised that our house guests want to enjoy the authenticity of the place. The greatest pleasure of all is that of dining in a Ladin house, made of wood and ancient stories, low ceilings and soft colours, sober yet light textiles. Les Stües are a welcoming and pleasant hymn also thanks to our Chef, Nicola Laera, who mixes simplicity and South Tyrolean tradition using local and organic produce with creativity, flair and expertise. Some guests have likened the experience to a living museum, where the only option is to give in to the food, drinks, and pure bliss. And what food it is! Served with poise, pleasing to the eye, and a titillating pleasure on the palate. Our everyday life, with no frills or logos: happiness has returned.
